You don&#8217;t need to give baby porridge. 6 weeks is too early for solid foods and breastfeeding will contain all the nutrition baby needs.<\/p>\n<p>Is baby breastfeeding well? Introducing foods this early is not healthy for baby. Their digestive system is still developing and will find it difficult to cope with solids. Introducing other foods would also increase risk of transmission (though this is already low with baby on Nevirapine).<\/p>\n<p>How long has baby been crying for?
