This is regardless of HIV status, though it is a good marker of health for an HIV positive person to have a CD4 count greater than 500.<\/p>\n<p>Giving a range for HIV positive people isn&#8217;t as clear. As HIV impacts CD4 count is is possible for CD4 count to be 0 and if on medication, could be as high as someone living without HIV. In general you can consider this range as from 0 &#8211; 1690.
