Even if you are not using a condom.<\/p>\n<p>This is because your viral load is below 200. When your viral load is this low you cannot pass on HIV via sex. This is explained by <a href=\"https:\/\/i-base.info\/u-equals-u\/\">U=U<\/a>. In this case, your viral load would be considered undetectable.<\/p>\n<p>When undetectable, you are untransmissable.
