This does mean that you are undetected.<\/p>\n<p>This means that your medication is working well and that your viral load is being suppressed. It has been suppressed so low that a machine cannot find it.<\/p>\n<p>Being undetected means that you cannot transmit HIV via sex. Even without a condom. This is explained by <a href=\"https:\/\/i-base.info\/u-equals-u\/\">U=U<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It does not mean that you will test HIV negative.
