Will baby be safe?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi, how are you doing?<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations on the pregnancy.<\/p>\n<p>Are you and\/or your partner on treatment? and if so what have you had recent viral load testing?<\/p>\n<p>If you both have undetectable viral loads, risk to baby is very small. Baby will also be given their <a href=\"https:\/\/i-base.info\/qa\/factsheets\/infant-meds-when-the-mother-is-living-with-hiv\">own medication after being born<\/a> (for how long depends on risk to baby).<\/p>\n<p>Risk is still small if only mum is on treatment with an undetectable viral load.
