Each time you have an extended break it does have a risk of resistance.<\/p>\n<p>The more breaks, the more chance there is for resistance.<\/p>\n<p>What benefits do you think you are to missing Biktarvy for a month? Are you regularly having health checks with your doctor?<\/p>\n<p>In some countries injectables are becoming available. Is this something you would prefer? e.g., in the UK it is an injectable ART that is given every 2 months instead of a daily pill.<\/p>\n<p>Josh.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have been reading that some people had stopped taking Biktarvy for a month and then started up again. It was working for them as well, because of health issues. I have HIV. I want to make sure it will start working again. So it doesn&#8217;t turn into full blown AIDS. I am scared.
