According to the Liverpool Drug Interaction website (and the product information leaflet, there are no interactions between PrEP and ant-acids.<\/p>\n
Some other HIV meds can interact with ant-acids and this usually involves separating the two different meds by a few hours.<\/p>\n

I have been taking PrEP for 10 days but I have read on that I should have not taken ant-acid with PrEP. <\/p>\n
I am not worried as I have taken anti acid 2-3 hours before PrEP as I had side effects of indigestion. <\/p>\n
Will this affect my protection level as I had unprotected sex with someone of whom I don\u2019t know HIV status.<\/p>\n
