TLD contains tenofovir and in people with kidneys that are not functioning in a healthy limit, it would not be advised to consume whey protein.<\/p>\n<p>Poor kidneys, with tenofvir and whey protein can increase the speed of kidney damage.<\/p>\n<p>If you have healthy kidneys, it is safe to take whey protein but it would be advised to inform your doctor so you can have your kidneys monitored.<\/p>\n<p>Josh.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi everyone,<\/p>\n<p>I have started weight lifting and I might pursue this further and build a good physique.
