Small increases are normal and change over time. Your medication is still working.<\/p>\n<p>An occasional <a href=\"https:\/\/i-base.info\/guides\/changing\/blips\">blip<\/a> in viral load is normal and does not mean your treatment is no longer working. This can be random or caused by things like recent illness or having a vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>As your viral load is still below 200 you are still considered undetectable and U=U still applies.<\/p>\n<p>Josh.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My CD4\/CD8 ratio was less than 20 3 months ago and now it&#8217;s 30.
