You do not need another test unless you exposure yourself again in the future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I had sex with a lady. During sex the condom burst. I immediately went to the washroom and washed my penis.<\/p>\n<p>I got my partner tested twice in a gap of 20 days &amp; she was negative. I got myself tested with a PCR RNA test after one &amp; a half months, my viral load was less then twenty &amp; my CD4 cells around 600. I also took an antibody test after approx. two months from probable exposure &amp; it was negative. Is there a chance still I can have HIV.<\/p>\n<p>I took a HIV test after two months of probable exposure with the following results:-<\/p>\n<p>HIV-1 viral load by COBAS TAQMAN :- less than  20 copy\/ml<br \/>\n%CD3+\/CD5+ (T CELLS) :- 66.1 %<br \/>\nABSOLUTE CD3 + LYMPHOCYTES COUNT:- 893<br \/>\n%CD3+\/CD4+ (T HELPER CELLS) :- 41.7 %<br \/>\nABSOLUTE CD4 + LYMPHOCYTES COUNT:- 564 \/ul<br \/>\n%CD3+\/CD8+ (T SUPRESSOR CELLS):-18.5 %<br \/>\nABSOLUTE CD8 + LYMPHOCYTES COUNT:- 250 \/ul<br \/>\nCD4\/CD8 RATIO : 2.25<br \/>\nESR &#8211; 20<br \/>\nI also got myself tested after 8 weeks with a tridot which was negative.<\/p>\n<p>Please help in interpreting the results &amp; advise what to conclude from these results.
