I have not come across this and do not know what is is\/used for.<\/p>\n<p>You do not need to clean your womb to be pregnant\/increase fertility. Your womb is able to &#8216;cleanse&#8217; itself and you can consider menstruation a natural way of cleansing. After each period, you are shedding the old womb lining ready for the following egg if it has been fertilised.<\/p>\n<p>ARV treatment will not reduce how likely you are to become pregnant. It has no effect on your fertility\/menstrual cycle.
