In the last 3 years have you had any viral load and\/or CD4 tests?<\/p>\n<p>Do you have any notes about your HIV history? Going to a new clinic with a history of your HIV treatment can help inform the doctors of how you have been treated in the past and what medications work for you.<\/p>\n<p>Are you looking to restart the same treatment you were on?
