Unless you have a low CD4 count it is unlikely these genital sores are HIV related.<\/p>\n<p>What investigations have you had to determine the cause of these sores? and do you have any other health conditions?<\/p>\n<p>Josh.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am HIV positive and on ARVs but having reoccuring painful genital blisters and sores for more than a year now getting to the second year.
