It takes a week or more for viral load to become detectable again after doing so well on treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Being at the cusp of this week means your treatment was very likely to be able to maintain your viral load being undetectable. After 2 weeks of being on treatment again you would have remained undetectable from this point.<\/p>\n<p>In this case it would be almost impossible for your parter to have HIV from this event. It is still importnat that she be tested and go to the doctor. Being tired and losing weight are very non-specific symptoms and can be caused by any number of things.
