HIV status is not directly protected and in cases where it can occur direct evidence is required to support discrimination occurring.<\/p>\n<p>There are lawas preventing work in some sectors e.g., hospitality<\/p>\n<p>You will not be deported. There is no law\/regulation about being HIV positive and this will not impact your residency.
