However, fatigue is related to all HIV medications and fatigue can cause these symptoms.<\/p>\n<p>Are you having trouble sleeping? Are you feeling very tired?<\/p>\n<p>If you could give me more information such as your CD4 count and viral load both now and when you started treatment I may be able to give you a more accurate answer.<\/p>\n<p>More importantly, these sound like difficult and troubling symptoms which may be related to another underlying cause.
