Do you know your creatinine clearance and eGFR? or know if you have any problems with your kidneys?<\/p>\n<p>In people with healthy kidneys, <a href=\"https:\/\/i-base.info\/guides\/14970\">TLD<\/a> rarely causes problems with kidneys. You can help prevent this by avoiding certain medications (that your doctor\/pharmacist) and making sure you are drinking plenty of water.<\/p>\n<p>If you have known kidney problems, TLD can have a higher risk of damage but with regular monitoring it is still safe to continue with TLD and if problems do occur (which is rare), alternative treatments can be offered.<\/p>\n<p>TLD is a preferred choice of medication due to a limited side effect profile and is generally well tolerated by people.<\/p>\n<p>Josh.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi.
