This is just because the routine is a good way to remember.<\/p>\n<p>However, some meds are better in the morning or evening to reduce the risk of side effects.<\/p>\n<p>Integrase inhibitors like dolutegravir are generally better to take in the morning.<\/p>\n<p>Efavirenz is better to take at night.<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t get any side effects yo can chose when you take them.<\/p>\n<p>Once your viral load is undetectable, it doesn&#8217;t matter iff you are a few hours early or late.
