Please ask your doctor to do this asap.<\/p>\n<p>South Africa now has a new combination called TLD which is now widely available. It is much easier to take than Tribuss becaude it does not include efavirenz.<\/p>\n<p>I am really sorry you have had to put up with this combination for so long.<\/p>\n<p>The next combination should be much easier. TLD is best taken in the morning though compared to Tribuss that needed to be taken at night.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi, I am in South Africa and have been on ARVs for many years.
