I had a recent exposure and about 20 days later I developed a fever with no other symptoms. I was really worried about it and started to do some research on HIV. I went twice to the doctor and he told me it was probably just an infection. Then about two weeks I started experiencing an itchy sensation on my skin, I thought it was dry skin that caused that. The itching was just on my arms and legs. Then one week after that the itching went away and I started experiencing signs of fatigue which lasted about one week and went away and during the same time I developed a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes. The sore throat has lasted about a couple of weeks. I am very stressed about all these and really could do with some advice.<\/p>\n
I am going for a test next week and I would like to know if these could be signs of seroconversion.. Thank you very much for your help.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[7,23],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2662","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-all-topics","category-hiv-transmission"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/i-base.info\/qa\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/2662","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/i-base.info\/qa\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/i-base.info\/qa\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/i-base.info\/qa\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/5"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/i-base.info\/qa\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=2662"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/i-base.info\/qa\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/2662\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":24794,"href":"https:\/\/i-base.info\/qa\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/2662\/revisions\/24794"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/i-base.info\/qa\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2662"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/i-base.info\/qa\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=2662"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/i-base.info\/qa\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=2662"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
