The bottle said to avoid dairy products and supplements, and I&#8217;ve also done a fair bit of research to make sure I&#8217;ve been taking it properly. I&#8217;ve been eating tofu as my meal I take the medication with basically every day. <\/p>\n<p>Now I&#8217;ve found out that tofu is super high in calcium, have I completely messed up my treatment? I was not warned about this at all, just to avoid dairy so i thought i was doing the right thing by eating vegan.
