However, there is a potential interaction with efavirenz. It is possible that using efavirenz at the same time as Viagra will slightly\u00a0decrease the levels of Viagra in your blood. Please see this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.i-base.info\/dffax\/df55.html#nof\">link<\/a> for more details.<\/p>\n<p>You should speak to your HIV doctor about close monitoring when taking efavirenz and Viagra together and about dose adjustment.<\/p>\n<p>Sexual dysfunction is common amongst people with HIV.
