However, if your viral load has been undetectable for a long time it will mean that the antibodies you have for HIV will have reduced. This could potentially cause a false negative result but it is unlikely.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am HIV positive, on medication (Atripla on my third year now) and well controlled (undetectable viral load, normal CD4 count, healthy in general).
