Ask your doctor or a nurse if there is a patient group at your centre. If there is no patient group at your clinic, ask to be directed to a local support group in your area.<\/p>\n<p>You can also call Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) Direct &#8211;  0845 1221 200 &#8211; who may know of other support groups.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, if you have a question related to HIV treatment, please do give us a call (0808 800 6013). Just speaking with someone else who has been HIV-positive for a while can make a big difference.
