Because your viral load is undetectable it should be fine to change your dose and be a few hours late one time. (I have undetectable viral load and CD4 around 300). No real side affects and I take the med at 22.00 pm every day. Travelling to another timezone makes me take the med at 1700. <\/p>\n<p>Thus in daytime europe and light. Feeling very weird and have to stay in bed for a couple of hours.(It starts after about one hour).<\/p>\n<p>Feels like being drunk, but no fun. It is only a 10 day vacation.
