The best guide is if you can still see the undisolved pills (ie within 30 minutes or so) then retaking them is a good idea.<\/p>\n<p>If you have 100% adherence otherwise, this one occassion is unlikely to have caused any problem. Everyone misses a dose occasionally.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi Guys,<br \/>\nI am slightly concerned! I take darunavir\/Truvada\/ritonivir twice daily dose! Had absolutely no problems at all with these meds!<br \/>\nUnfortunately, I had food poisoning and was vomitting several times a day! I was sick about 1.5hrs after taking my evening dose and didn&#8217;t think about it at the time, but I am now worried I may have reduced the drug levels in my blood due to this.<br \/>\nDo you think this will be a problem or am I worrying unnecessarily?
