I am sorry to hear about the facial lipoatrophy you are experiencing.<\/p>\n<p>Lipoatrophy (fat loss) is most commonly linked to d4T and AZT. There is also a possible link between efavirenz, one of the drugs in Atripla, and lipoatrophy.
