BUT, if you only realise when you\u2019re going to take your next dose, do not take a double dose.<\/p>\n<p>If you are not sure whether you took the meds or not it is likely to be better to wait and take your meds the next day as usual. Taking a double dose is not likely to do you any harm but could mean you experience more side effects than usual.<\/p>\n<p>If you find it difficult to remember when you have taken your meds you might find using a daily pill box or another similar tool could help with this.
