This measures how strong your immune system is. A ‘normal’ CD4 count for somebody who does not have HIV is between 400-1600.

When your CD4 count is higher than 350 this means that your immune system is still strong and the risk of opportunistic infections or HIV related symptoms is very low. A CD4 count of 411 is therefore good, but it is still important that you are monitored regularly so that you can start treatment when you need to.

There is general information about CD4 counts and risk of illness here.

My CD4 count is 411 and viral load is 12000.

I am not on medication.

What is my immunity?

[7,9

post-9748","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-all-topics","category-cd4-and-viral-load
["GET
