Do you have any support to help you deal with this?<\/p>\n<p>Your CD4 count is very good and shows that your immune system is strong.<\/p>\n<p>HIV positive people can eat the same foods as HIV negative people. You don&#8217;t need to change your diet because of this diagnosis. As with HIV negative people it is a good idea to eat a healthy diet and this may help to keep your immune system stronger.<\/p>\n<p>We have developed <a href=\"https:\/\/i-base.info\/guides\/side\/diet-a-balanced-diet-and-your-health\">a section on a balanced diet here<\/a>.
