They are both generic versions (copies) of a pill called Atripla. They have different names because they are made by different companies. However they contain the same medications and work in the same way.<\/p>\n<p>Odimune\/Tribuss is a once a day pill so you shouldn&#8217;t be taking it more than once a day. This is because this can increase drug levels and cause more severe side effects.<\/p>\n<p>The answer to your question depends on what you mean. Taking both on the same day would be dangerous, you would be taking a double dose of the same medication. The dose would be too high causing worse side effects.
