My baby has a rash, what should I do?

Am hiv+ and on treatment from 2012. I gave birth 3weeks ago it was a normal birth.. am giving my baby boy nevarapine the thing is he’s got a rash and am not breastfeeding, what must I do to help him with this rash it looks like it’s sore and he cries a lot.

The rash could be due to all sorts of things, so please take your baby to see a doctor.
