Is Centrum and Moducare good to be used for increasing CD4 count and decreasing viral load?

Vitamins and supplements such as Centrum and Moducare do not increase your CD4 count or decrease your viral load.

The only medicines that have been shown to increase CD4 count and decrease viral load strongly and consistently are HIV drugs (called antiretrovirals or ARVs).
