The 25th International AIDS Conference (AIDS 2024) is being held from 22 – 26 July in Munich, Germany.
The programme now online includes open access to all conference abstracts from 10 am (CET) on Tuesday 23 July 2024.

Oral and late-breaking abstracts are published open access as a supplement to JIAS. This can be downloaded as a PDF file.

However, even after the conference, all other conference materials including access to webcasts, posters and satellite meetings are still restricted to delegates.
This paywall will be removed for IAS members one month after the conference but open access will not be available until two months afterwards.
This decision to even limit access to the opening and closing ceremonies is a recent policy change. Previously these sessions were made immediately available on YouTube or Vimeo.
The new policy limits our communities from hearing from leading community activists that spoke at these events and to the rapporteur summaries from the whole conference.
