I have started Tribuss and i’m getting side effects, is it the meds?

Today is my fifth day on Tribuss. I was diagnosed positive 3 weeks ago. My CD4 is 271 and the doctor said my kidneys are in good condition to start treatment.
Today i felt strange dull pain below right rib cage when i swallow food or liquids. Is it a side effect of Tribuss? Or could i have liver or gallbladder problems? I am quite young and healthy, aside from hiv.

Side effects are common when you first start treatment. Usually they get better after a couple of weeks as your body gets used to them.
It is important to let your clinic know about about any symptoms that keep occuring. This is particularly important if you are experiencing any pain. They can help you work if it is your meds causing them or if it is something else.
