There is a potential interaction between viagra and efavirenz. Efavirenz is one of the drugs in Atripla. Efavirenz may reduce the amount of Viagra in your system so it may not work as well. You should talk to your doctor or clinic about possibly changing the dosage of viagra. It is important to do this with the help of a clinic though.
