Can I stop ARVs when I am pregnant?

I am HIV positive and pregnant. My cd4 is 730. Can i stop ARVs?

Thanks for your questions.
It is important to still take ARVs all through your pregnancy. This is for you and the baby. Some women decide to stop after the baby is born, but most people continue on treatment
Please talk ot your doctor about this so they can help.
