Hi, I’m 8 months pregnant and have a CD4 of 305 is it possible to have a vaginal birth?

If you want to have a vaginal delivery, what’s important is your viral load. If your viral load is undetectable, then yes you can have a vaginal delivery. That is unless there aren’t any other complications.  If its detectable, then a C-section will be recommend. Please see delivery your baby at this link:
