Is it safe to have a baby with my negative husband?

Am HIV+ with undetectable viral load and cd4 slightly over 1000. My hubby is negative. We are planning to conceive by having unprotected sex. Is it safe for him? How safe is efiverenz/tenofovir/lamivudine which am currently using during the pregnancy.
