   As Lisa says here, the simple answer to this question is NO. Gammora is not a cure for HIV.

   Dear Lisa’

   Hope you are well please help,apparently the dispatch is in south Africa Port Elizabeth..3 days back someone send money to receive meds and it’s a nightmare U$300..R4300.00 ..now the person very rude and when she ask there where about of the parcel please stop it..On Facebook they post about this vaccine Gammora HIV Cure -ZionPhamaceuticals..

   Hi Chandini,

   Gammora does not cure HIV. At the moment there isn’t one. Though many people are working towards one.
   At the moment what we have is ARVs. If you want to control your HIV you’re going to need to use ARVs.

    As Lisa says, Gammora ISN’T a cure for HIV. Please see the link above. It hasn’t been endorsed by HIV specialists. Its BAD science.
