Answer
No, people are either HIV positive or HIV negative. There is no such thing as a carrier – and the word is not relevant to HIV.
You cannot tell if anyone is HIV positive. The way to know if someone is HIV positive is if they tell you about their status and they have had conclusive evidence from an HIV test.

If you were positive, this would show up. No one can be a ‘carrier’ and test negative.
I was exposed to a person that had HIV, but he only found out after we had dated for a while. I have always tested negative, am I a carrier of HIV even though I test negative?

When someone is positive, they will always be positive. If they take meds, their HIV will be controlled. When a persons HIV is controlled, they can’t develop AIDS.

i also want to know if when you are HIV position and when you go for a test you found that doctors are saying you are Negative so i’ve heard those people are HIV carrier???

The simple answer is no. People who are positive will always test positive. This is even if they find a cure.
I have a major question is it possible that your hiv positive but then when you go test your results be negative I’ve heard those people are carrier’s
