Hi Fidelis, as mentioned in the main stem this tablet should be identified by a pharmacist. Though in the context of HIV, LA 75 is usually lamivudine.
Lamivudine alone is not used as PEP. PEP is a course of 3 drugs, usually lamivudine combined with tenofovir and dolutegravir. Had you only been given this one tablet to be used as PEP?
