These are two different types of HIV meds, that are sometimes used togeher in the same combination.
abacavir is an NRTI (nuke)
Rilovia is a boosted protease inhibitor. This includes lopinavir and ritonavir. It is a generic version of Kaletra or Aluvia.

These are the same medications Fromm different companies and have different brand names.
You shouldn’t experience any side effects as the active drugs in your medication are the same.
