Can I do intermittent fasting?

HIV people can do intermittent fast up to 4 days, then eat around 6pm on the 4th day but not much just the right food and go back doing more fasting? On the next day? Can HIV people do intermittent fast up to 4 days every week? Thanks.

Yes you can do intermittent fasting.
As long as the fasting does not cause problems with your treatment e.g., ART that is required to be taken with food.
When on treatment and healthy, there is no problem for you to do intermittent fasting.

Dear Kudakwashe, please just take your meds at the regular times. There is no benefit from stopping meds during a fast. Even if this is for relifious reasons, medicines are not included in the fast.
Can i go for 3 days and 3 nights praying and fasting?, while I’m fasting can i take the medication only or i have to stop for those days and will continue taking it after i finished fasting?
