The biggest factor that determines this is how rilpirivine is administed.
The most common route is orally.
Within 50 hours 85% of the drug will be eliminated in the faeces and a further 6.1% eliminated in the urine. This totals 91.1% of the total rilpirivine in the body.
It would be expected that the remaining 8.9% of rilpirivine will then be eliminated in the following hours after this milestone is reached.
