Do you know any private clinics in London that will offer fertility treatment to HIV positive couples?

Private medicine is not really our remit. As an impartial independent organisation we are not able to promote one clinic over another as they are all very similar.
If you are able to pay for fertility treatment then any private clinic should be willing to offer you their services regardless of your HIV status. If you do a search on the internet you will find a lot of private clinics in London who offer fertility treatment. You could then call round and ask them about their policies regarding HIV positive people. You can do this confidentially or give a false name if you are worried. This will help you decide which clinic best suits your individual needs.
