Is there a cure for HIV?

Well, I have just gone through some article based on the cure for HIV. It has been stated that there are some treatments which could completely invade the HIV virus from the human body in 6 to 12 months. The herbal and holistic method, also the ozone therapy can cure HIV. There are also several cases in which the people have shown negative on their test after a year of treatment. Just go through on what I said and try to find out if there is any truth in that.

I’m afraid there is no cure for HIV at this time. Luckily there are some really good treatments that can give people with HIV a near normal life expectancy and a good quality of life.
It is possible that when people with HIV are on treatments for some time and the virus is suppressed that the HIV tests do not pick up any virus. This is because all active virus is killed by the treatment but the virus that is resting is not reached with the medication and so remains. As it is resting the tests cannot pick up the infection. It does not mean that this person is cured just that the treatment is working.
