This does not sound like a symptom of recent HIV infection, especially in isolation.
I had infection on hair follicle on the one upper thigh and also rashes on the other upper thigh. The rashes were just color change into red without any papules or itching or pain. It was like blood stain uder the skin. Would such a rash accompany with primary HIV infection? (I tested negative at 5 weeks).
