Can you give me some information about sperm washing. My husband is HIV and isn’t on treatment.

An organisation called Creathe specialises in spermwashing and has a lot of information on their website.
Conception rates are generally lower using spermwashing. As some researchers belief that the risk of planned and limited conception are close to zero when the HIV-positive partner has an undetectable viral load in semen this might be a reason for your partner to use treatment if spermwashing is unsuccessful or your access to this is limited.
