I am not aware of any reason why this would be a problem.
Some procedures might be complicated if your CD4 count was very low, but use of ARVs should not be any higher risk than for someone who is HIV-negative.
Hi Fredis, there are no problems using IPL hair removal.
My cd4 is 1500 right now. There is any proble for me to use a IPL hair removal?
